Description
Fruit-body flattened cylindrical, forked to filiform branched antler-shaped, 2-6 cm x 2-5 mm. Upper part black, conidia turning it a white to bluish grey. April to May.
Stem hairy, black.

Occurrence
On Beech mast forming part of the plant debris on the soil.
Saprophyte.
