Peziza cerea

Description
Fruit-body shallow beaker- to flattened saucer-shaped, Ø 5-15 mm. Inner surface clear ochre-yellow to pinkish yellow-brown. Outer surface floccose-scurfy, white to yellow-brown. Flesh grey-white to somewhat brownish.

Occurrence
On rotten wood, cardboard, paper, straw, sisal- and coco(nut) mats and on cement and mortar, on moist walls.
Saprophyte.

Status
Common.
