Neobulgaria pura

Description
Fruit-body top- to disc-shaped, gelatinous, Ø 1-3 cm. Inner surface white to pinkish ochre with a hint of lilac. Outer surface scaly, flesh-pink.

Occurrence
In compressed groups on dead stems and branches of Beech, Birch and Elm on various soils in broad-leaved and mixed woods.
Saprophyte.
