Description
Less than 1cm: Use magnifying glass.
Fruit-body flattened beaker- to saucer-shaped. Ø 4-7 mm. Inner surface ochrous- to egg-yellow. Outer surface smooth, whitish-yellow.
Stem whitish, with a hairy base.
Occurrence
On branches, twigs and trunk wounds of broad-leaved trees, predominantly Willow (also Alder and Poplar).
Saprophyte.
