Description
Less than 1cm: Use magnifying glass.
Fruit-body top-shaped with a long stem, 1-2 cm high. Cap disc- to cushion-shaped, Ø 4-10 mm. Upper surface dull white to ochrous-white, occasionally with a hint of violet. Lower surface dull ochrous-white.
Stem dull ochrous-white to white-grey, brown-black at the base.

Occurrence
On the underside of wet stumps, fallen, mossy trunks and branches of broad-leaved trees, occasionally on leaves and herbaceous stems. May to June.
Saprophyte.
