Description
Less than 1cm: Use magnifying glass.
Fruit-body beaker- to irregularly saucer-shaped, Ø 2-5 mm. Inner surface blue-green, with yellow blotches. Outer surface finely clayey, whitish to blue-green, with a stem.
Occurrence
On dead branches of Oak and other broad-leaved trees in broad-leaved and mixed woods. Stains the affected wood green.
Saprophyte.

- Chlorociboria aeruginosa, distinguised from this species only by microscopic features.
