Description
Less than 1cm: Use magnifying glass.
Fruit-body irregular cushion-shaped, Ø 0.5-1 cm. Upper surface red-brown with dark-brown dots. Lower surface and margin whitish. Flesh white. Occasionally clustered. Often preceded by, or occurring together with, an imperfect form, the green mould Trichoderma viride.
Occurrence
On rotting wood of broad-leaved trees.
Saprophyte.
