Description

Sporangia in large groups, often with several sporangia on fused stems like 'bunches of grapes' hanging from or under the substrate pear-shaped or conical, Ø 0.5-0.8 mm, including stem 5 to 18 mm long, blue-grey with green, purple or red flushes. Stem straw-coloured or ochre to red-brown. Plasmodium egg-yellow.
Occurrence
Frequent on dead wood and bark also covering the fungi or lichens growing on it.
