Vuilleminia comedens

Description
Fruit-body crust-like, making the bark curl and drop off, covering several square decimetres. Upper surface smooth, matt to shiny, whitish to pale flesh or grey with lilac tints.
Spore-print colour white.

Occurrence
Common on dead, attached or fallen deciduous branches, favouring Oak.
Saprophyte.
