Ceriporia viridans

Description
Fruit-body annual, wax-like, crust-like, with an acute, distinct white margin, Ø up to several centimetres, whitish to greenish-yellow. Pores circular to angular, 3-5 per mm, young white to cream, staining pink-violet, when dried ochre to greenish or purple. Flesh young wax-like, then hard and brittle.
Spore-print colour white.

Occurrence
On mouldered branches or trunks of broad-leaved trees.
Saprophyte.
