Description
Fruit-body sparsely branched, antler-shaped, 5-6 x 0.5-1 cm. Branches slender, club-shaped or flattened, twisted, sparsely branched or branched at the tip, tips round to flattened, wrinkled, dingy white to ochre. Flesh elastic, white. Smell none.

Occurrence
Not uncommon on humus-rich soil in deciduous woods and avenues (Oak).
Forming ectomycorrhiza?
Saprophyte.
