Description
Fruit-body growing from one or several stems, repeatedly branched, coral-shaped, with apices branched once or repeatedly, 2-8 cm high. Branches 5-10 mm thick, with branched tip, tips pointed or dentate, smooth, white to cream or pale ochre. Flesh fragile, white. Smell none.
Suspect.
Occurrence
Common on humus-rich soil in deciduous woods and shrubberies, often along paths and banks of ditches. Often in groups.
Forming ectomycorrhiza?
Saprophyte.
