Description
Fruit-body growing from a stem, once or repeatedly branched, with antler-like, forked tips, 2-5 cm high. Branches 2-4 mm thick, tips forked, U-shaped, with obtuse apex, smooth, egg-yellow to ochrous yellow, with paler margin.
Stem smooth, egg-yellow. Flesh fragile, yellowish.

Occurrence
Not uncommon on the soil among grass and moss in unmanured, poor pasture and meadowlands, roadsides, dykes and open edges of woods.
Saprophyte.
