Description
Cap undulate convex to plane, Ø 3-8 cm, smooth, lilac to lilac-brown.
Gills lilac to pale lilac-brown.
Stem 4-6 cm x 5-8 mm, fibrous, lilac to lilac-brown, often with somewhat swollen base. Flesh greyish white. Smell pleasant.
Suspect.

Occurrence
Fairly common on humus in woods, parks, public gardens and grasslands on rich locations, occasionally on old manure and compost. Often in groups. Summer to autumn.
Saprophyte.
