Description
Cap hemispherical to convex, Ø 2-4 cm, slimy-sticky, shiny, striped, yellow-green or green to green-orange, with whitish, yellowish or lilac spots.
Gills broad, yellow-green to green or orange-green.
Stem 4-8 cm x 3-7 mm, slimy, green or green-yellow to orange-yellow, green at the apex and pale at the base. Flesh greenish or green-yellowish with orange tinge. Smell none.
Occurrence
Not uncommon in close-grazed grasslands, roadsides, on dyke slopes and grassy spots in sand dunes, occasionally in deciduous woods on clay.
