Description
Cap top-shaped to flattened funnel-shaped, Ø 2-5 cm, smooth, slimy-greasy, creamy-white to yellow-white, occasionally with pink tinge when damp; matt, with translucent striped margin when dry.
Gills broad, distant, creamy white, decurrent.
Stem 3-7 cm x 3-7 mm, dry, creamy white. Flesh watery creamy white to grey-white. Smell none.

Occurrence
Common in poor or lightly manured grassland, grassy spots in sand dunes and on roadsides.
Saprophyte.
