Description
Cap irregularly convex to plane, Ø 2-5 cm, smooth, pale ochre to reddish brown, with pale, striped margin.
Gills whitish yellowish.
Stem 4-6 cm x 2-5 mm, hollow, smooth, creamy beige to orange-brown.
Suspect.

Occurrence
Common on humus and coarse litter of deciduous trees (Oak, Beech), rarely of coniferous trees in woods, parks, public gardens, heaths and poor acid grasslands.
Saprophyte.
