Description
Cap convex, Ø 3-5 cm, matt, dingy flesh-yellowish when damp; whitish when dry.
Gills narrow, close, dingy pink.
Stem 3-6 cm x 2-5 mm, hollow, compressed, tough, downy, dark dingy pink to brown. Flesh white.
Suspect.

Occurrence
Common on coarse litter of deciduous trees (Beech, Oak) and coniferous trees (Spruce, Fir) In dense tufts or clusters, often in fairy rings.
Saprophyte.
