Description
Cap convex, Ø 2-5 cm, sticky, light yellow to ochrous yellow.
Gills pale grey-brown to purple-brown.
Stem 4-6 cm x 5-8 mm, white at the apex, matt, white to yellowish brown below the membranous ring, striped on its upper surface. Flesh whitish. Taste mild. Smell faint.

Occurrence
Fairly common on bare soil and grass debris in poor grasslands and among Marram grass (Ammophila arenaria)
