Description
Cap bell-shaped to convex with broad umbo, Ø 2-8 cm, slimy, blue-green to deep green, paling yellow-green to yellowish, with white scales and with white velar remnants at the margin.
Gills whitish pink to lilac-brown with white edge.
Stem 4-8 cm x 4-10 mm, finely felted at the apex, pale blue-green, below the fibrous-membranous ring with upturned, fibrous, white scales on a coarsely felted, blue or blue-green background, turning greenish-yellow. Flesh blue-white. Taste mild. Smell faint, somewhat sour.
Suspicious.

Occurrence
Common on strongly decayed wood, coarse litter or on the ground in coniferous and deciduous woods on acid, sandy soil. Summer to autumn.
