Description
Cap convex to flattened, Ø 3-4 cm, matt, grey or grey-brown to olive-grey, with light margin.
Gills whitish to dingy pink.
Stem 4-7 cm x 4-6 mm, fibrous, whitish to light grey at the base. Flesh grey. Smell faint.

Occurrence
Fairly common on humus-rich soil in deciduous woods and parks on rich soil.
Saprophyte.
