Snow-white Ink Cap
Description
Cap conical to campanulate expanded, Ø 2-4 cm, 2-3 cm high, mealy floccose, white to whitish grey, with cracking margin.
Gills white to black.
Stem 4-9 cm x 3-7 mm, mealy floccose, white. Flesh greyish. Taste mild. Smell none.
Suspicious.
Occurrence
On old horse manure in poor, little grazed grasslands, woods and heaths and on dunghills. Summer to autumn.
Saprophyte.
