Lepiota boudieri

Description
Cap hemispherical, then expanded with umbo, Ø 2-5 cm, smooth to fibrillose, deep ochrous brown to orange-brown. Gills white to yellowish.
Stem 3-6 cm x 3-6 mm, whitish, below the ring zone orange-brown woolly felted. Flesh white to brown. Smell strongly mushroomy.

Occurrence
On humus-rich soils in broad-leaved and coniferous woods.
Saprophyte.
