Description
Fruit-body bowl- to saucer-shaped, Ø 0.5-2-cm. Inner surface orange to orange-red. Outer surface densely covered with brown, hairy looking spots at the margin, dingy orange-yellow to brownish orange.
Occurrence
On humus-rich soil in broad-leaved woods, grasslands, fields and kitchen gardens.
Saprophyte.
