Description
Thallus rod-shaped, often branched, up to 2 cm high, rough, green-grey, with red apothecia or pycnidia at their tips.
Occurrence
Peaty or sandy soil, on rotting wood, on the moors, in dunes and occasionally on thatched roofs.
