Description

Fruit-body round bottle-shaped, stemmed, 2-4 mm, watery white to whitish-yellowish, translucent, with a black oval, flattened sporangium on a near apical ring-zone.
Stem 5-20 mm, watery white to whitish-yellowish, translucent, stem-length relative to light intensity.
Occurrence
On moist manure in pastures and grasslands.
Saprophyte.
