Description
Cap convex to plane, Ø 3-7 cm, matt, pruinose, white to dingy white.
Gills white to creamy yellow.
Stem 3-6 cm x 8-15 mm, white. Flesh white Smell pleasant, nutty.
Poisonous.
Occurrence
Not uncommon on humus-rich, rich soil in deciduous woods, tangled growth and roadsides. In clusters or groups.
