Hoary Pink Gill
Description
Cap convex to irregularly expanded, Ø 1-3 cm, translucent striped, yellow-greenish or yellow-brown to light olive-brown.
Gills white-greenish to pale flesh.
Stem 2-4 cm x 1-3 mm, yellow-green, white-felted at the base. Flesh greenish. Smell strong, of mouse droppings.
Occurrence
In unmanured, poor grasslands and roadsides on river clay and chalk.
Saprophyte.
