Description
Less than 1cm: Use magnifying glass.
Cap globose, Ø 5-15 mm, light brown, pruinose with chlamydospores.
Gills thick, rudimentary or absent.
Stem 5-10 x 2-5 mm, whitish, occasionally with lilac tinge. Flesh grey-brown.
Spore-print colour white.
Occurrence
Common on fruit-bodies of Russula species (Russula nigricans), occasionally on Lactarius species in deciduous woods and avenues on poor soil deficient in humus.
Parasitic.
