Agrocybe rivulosa

Description
Cap hemispherical or convex with an umbo to irregularly flattened, with a somewhat sunken centre, Ø 4-8 cm, velvety, matt, radially ribbed, cream to light ochre with a light yellowish brown centre.
Gills close, whitish or greyish yellow to pale – or rusty brown.
Stem 6-12 cm x 5-8 mm, pruinose fibrillose, creamy to creamy-yellow with a upturned or suspended membranous ring and a somewhat swollen whitish base. Flesh whitish to cream. Taste flour-like. Smell flour-like.

Occurrence
On heated woodchip heaps and in city parks.
Saprophyte.
