Genus Omphalina

A group of small, usually funnel-shaped Agarics growing on and among mosses, liverwort, grasses and on branches and wood. Spores white. In Britain about 35 species of the genera Omphalina (Xeromphalina, Gerronema, Leptoglossum) and Rickenella occur.
