Puffballs and Bovistas
Lycoperdaceae have fruit-bodies of which the top ruptures to create a wide, deep bowl-shaped, cup-like opening, or it develops a small, central opening at the top, through which the olive brown to dark brown spores are expelled when touched or hit by rain drops.
